All beats are available under three license tiers — Basic Lease, Premium Lease, and Exclusive. Each lease is non-exclusive, meaning the beat stays available for others. Exclusive rights remove the beat from sale permanently.
By completing a purchase you confirm you have read and agreed to the full terms of this agreement. All licenses require credit: "Prod. by R4YTOVEN"
Every beat available as a lease can be upgraded to an Exclusive License at any time — as long as it hasn't been purchased exclusively by another artist. Once gone, it's gone. DM on Instagram before someone else locks it down.

Exclusive Rights Still Available
Found a beat you connect with? The exclusive is yours until someone else buys it — then it's gone for good. Pricing is $150–$350 + 50/50 split included. DM on Instagram to lock it down.
Important Notes
Credit Required
All published works under any license must include: "Prod. by R4YTOVEN" in the song title, description, or metadata.
Exceeding Limits
If your release exceeds the streaming or distribution limits of your tier, you must upgrade or renew before continuing distribution.
Non-Transferable
Basic and Premium leases are non-transferable. You cannot sell, sublicense, or assign your lease rights to another party.
One New Work
Each lease covers one (1) new musical composition. A new license is required to use the same beat for a second song.
Stems — Exclusive Only
Stem files are only included with the Exclusive License. Leases receive MP3 and/or WAV only.
Agreement on Purchase
Completing a purchase confirms you have read and agreed to all terms of this license agreement in full.
